Are you expecting a parcel to be delivered by DPD? You can use our Track&Trace to see where your parcel is currently located. You will need a 14-digit parcel number to trace your parcel. If you do not know your parcel number, request the code from the parcel sender.


1-Hour Time Slot

We know it is important for you to know what time the driver will be delivering your parcel today. Fill your parcel number in and see in which 1-hour time slot the driver will come. This only works on the delivery day, we cannot provide a time slot before then.

When will your parcel be delivered today?

When your parcel is delivered to a Pickup parcel shop

Do you have your parcel delivered to a Pickup parcel shop? You can pick it up there once you have received a message per e-mail that the parcel has been delivered. Or, you can use the Track&Trace to see whether your parcel has arrived at the parcel shop already.

Did you miss a home delivery?

Were you out of the house when the driver came to the door? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to the neighbours, but that doesn’t always work. In that case, the driver will deliver your parcel to the nearest Pickup parcel shop. The not-at-home slip that you will receive through the letterbox has the name and address of the Pickup parcel shop where you can collect your parcel. You can use the Pickup Finder  to locate the shop easily.



Returning your parcel


Did you receive a parcel that you would like to return? You can do so via a Pickup parcel shop. This often comes at no cost to yourself. Contact the sender of your parcel to find out how you can best return your order. There is often a return label included in your delivery or you have to request one from the sender. Stick the return label to the box and bring your parcel to one of our Pickup parcel shops.

No return label from the sender? You can create a return label right now via pakkettenversturen.nl in order to return your parcel.
